I am inspired by botany and nature, and the aliveness of oil paints. I love how these elements can join together to express vibrancy in rich greens, browns and blues at the least, and the whole color spectrum when everything is at its full potential and in bloom. My goal is to observe the wonder I see, and convey it onto the canvas to inspire you and your surroundings.
Shayna Sinrich was born in Savannah, Georgia and currently lives in the mountains of western North Carolina. She has always loved painting and most things creative. She started painting as a child with paint-by-numbers kits that were usually depicting her beloved horses or deer. She has a BFA from The Atlanta College of Art, and will soon be a graduate of the Milan Art Institute Mastery Program.
